A massive beer filled with complexity, bold flavours and depth, plus a little bit of chocolate and a pinch of heat. Brewed with our good friends from S43 Brewery something big was always on the cards. A rich, sweet, viscous body greets you with layers of dark malts and chocolate following. Delicate fruity chilli flavours and a mild heat develop as aromas and spice warmth settle.

20/8/2023. Can shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours very dark mahogany brown/black with a small bubbly beige head. Aroma is nutty, dark fruits, dark malts, chocolate, cola, citrus, caramel, coffee, mild chilli. Medium sweetness, light to moderate bitterness, puckering sours. Medium body, oily, average carbonation. Nice warm and tart finish. Very nice, and best McColl's I've had.
