750ml bottle from Fine Cider Co. Clear golden colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of fruity apple, alittle funk. Taste is slightly tart, fruity, apple, tangy, with woody notes, some horsey barnyard funk, and sharp drying tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
