We brewed a balanced golden ale as a base beer; not too hoppy, not too malty, fermented with Wildbrew Philly Sour yeast to create the juicy acidity and then blended in sour cherry puree part way through fermentation to create Soz Dad. The result is a vibrant pink coloured cherry sour which is mouth-wateringly juicy, with delicious fresh cherry flavours.

440ml can from Brightside. Gluten Free. Red colour, pink foamy head and aroma of glazed cherry, fruity, marshmallow. Taste is tart, sour, cherry, juicy, citric, with some tangy bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry sour tangy finish. Quite drinkable.
