“Heldrich Vollbier“, vom Faß im Goldenen Greifen, Edelsfeld. - Dunkles Goldgelb, klar. - In der Nase intensives helles Malz mit zarter rauchiger Note (vom Würzekochen), Waldhonig, milde Kräuter und Zitrusfrucht. - Antrunk weich und füllig hellmalzig mit verhaltener Honigsüße. Dezente, blaß zitrusfruchtige Hopfenherbe. Wenig rezent, fast schal, mineralisch. Im Abgang schwach trockene, lang nachhallende orangenfruchtige Herbe. - Eigenwilliges Helles, leicht asketisch aber sehr süffig. Gefällt mir außerordentlich gut. (4.9.2019.)

Malty aroma with some hops. Malty, hoppy flavor, almost oily with some orange. Just a touch better as the average helles.

50cl bottle. A clear golden beer with a mid-sized most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of mild grainy malt, toasted malt. Taste of toasted malt, straw, mild caramelish malt, low bitterness.

Mild herber, trocken getreidiger Beginn. Einfahc gestrickt, im Mitteltiel fällt die Herbe weg und wird durch eine minimale Süße ersetzt. Unauffällig, schnell vergessen. 7/8/7/7/5/7

Bottle at Hopfen & Malz. Medium gold with a solid head. Malt and grain in the aroma. Flavour is malty, hop, a little metal. Sweetish finish.

Bøttle (purchased at the pivovar): Golden coloured, mid-sized white lacing head, strawy-grassy nose; mild to moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light bodied; delicate sweet-bitter finish.O.K.:not unpleasant...........

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a mid-sized foamy white head. Sweet, almost a bit sugary and strawy malty nose with a light touch of herbal hops. Sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Malt-accented taste with a faint fruity note; moderately sweet malty finish with a faint level of bitterness. A bit sweet, but pleasant to drink.
