Immovable Object is one half of a two can project in which we brewed a base beer using HBC 431 and Mosaic, dry hopped both beers with Cryo-Cascade & Mosaic, but fermented with two very different yeasts.
Immovable Object was fermented with Lalbrew Verdant yeast, which together with a lighter filtration gives a softer, full-bodied mouthfeel and promotes heady, hop forward ripe citrus flavours in IPA beers.

440ml can from Brightside. Gluten Free. Slightly hazy gold colour, big bubbly white foam head leaving lacing and aroma of fruity citrusy hop. Taste is malt, grains, juicy fruits, passionfruit & peach hints, with citrus, pine, hoppy bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry hoppy bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.
