For this recipe, we use whole cone and pellet to draw the flavours of crushed gooseberry & grape, and ripe tropical fruit, and keep the bitterness smooth. The result is a satisfying IPA which lingers long.

Clear blond colour with lasting fluffy head. Aroma and flavour have a slightly herbal and earthy hop profile. Nice dry, bitter finish.

500ml bottle from Brightside. 5%. Gluten Free. Clear golden colour, white foam head leaving some lacing and aroma of caramel, citrus, hop. Taste is malt, caramel, biscuit, grains, fruity, currant, citrusy and with earthy hop bitterness. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, dry tangy bitter finish. Quite drinkable.
