28/6/2023. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear very pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of apple, vanilla, citrus, touch of caramel. Moderate sweetness and some sharp bitterness with a tart edge. Moderate body, soft carbonation. Drying finish. Quite okay.

750ml bottle from Broughton Bank Cider cellar. Clear golden colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of juicy apple, tart fruity. Taste is tart, apple, fleshy, floral, fruity, some core, and with malic acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry finish. Nicely drinkable.
