This india pale ale has a great bitter back bone with notes of pine and citrus zest breaking through from Simcoe and Chinook.

Cask at the Birmingham Brewing Co taproom, 18/02/23. Golden blonde with a decent lasting white cap. Nose is pale malts, straw, faint lemon, toasted grains, grass. Taste comprises tangerine, grass, soft malts, melon. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close splashed with leafy hop bitterness. Like most of the beers on show here ... rather pedestrian.
