奈良を代表するローカルガストロノミーレストランakordu・川島シェフとのコラボレーションビール。川島シェフが手掛けるカフェ「くもり時々アバロッツ」のオープンを記念して造りました（オープンは2023年9月を予定）。
今回、奈良醸造では初めてラガービールに挑戦。
ラガー酵母を使用したビールはスッキリと爽快でゴクゴクと飲めるという特徴があります。通常ビール醸造の際には、苦味づけ、風味づけ、香りづけと目的に応じて何回にも分けてホップを投入しますが、今回は苦味は極力ひかえつつホップの香りを楽しんでもらえるように、アロマホップのみを使用しています。上品でスパイシーなホップの香りと、軽快な麦芽の風味で、ゴクゴクと飲み干せるバランスのよいビールです。
This beer is a collaboration with akordu's Chef Kawashima, celebrating the grand opening of Café "Kumori Tokidoki Abarotz" in September 2023. It marks NBCo's first venture into crafting a Lager, using Lager yeast known for its refreshing and drinkable quality. The emphasis is on enhancing the hop aroma with only aromatic hops, resulting in a refined, spicy hop aroma, crisp malt flavor, and a balanced, easy-to-sip Lager.

Deep golden color. Very nice minerally nose, white peaches and light citrusy notes. Firm bitterness, big carbonation and refreshing. Super fresh, excellent condition. I want to drink by the gallon

Nara Brewing Malko Italian Pilsner 5% 15 IBU Incredibly pale straw gold with ultra-fizzy white foam which vanished as fast as it formed. The aroma is soft dusty Crackery Pilsner malts with a spicy sweet herbal/almost floral scent. Medium to light bodied and semi-crisp with a lingering herbal bitterness. Soft approachable lager.

Tap at Komachi. Clear, pale gold with a medium head. Nice floral hop nose, as expected in the style, herbal, fruity, good Noble hops, with a very light malt background. Flavor is floral hops again, malt is very light and inconspicuous. Body is light, mild bitterness. The dry hopping is nice but I wish the malt and overall attack were stronger.
