Ein wunderbares Sour IPA, das seinen Geschmack durch eine ordentliche Portio Mango, Hopfen und Milchsäure erhalten hat. Die verwendete Philly Sour Hefe hat zusätzlich nochmal richtig gut nachgesäuert.

Das Mango Sour IPA ist ein Gemeinschaftssud von Ale-Mania, Balthasar's Brewery und Jan Arrien Bliesener (beer_doktor).

0.44 l can from 'AleHub', best before June 2024. Hazy, golden with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, slightly sourish, rather fruity aroma of mango, some lemon and a touch of rhubarb. Gently sweet, slightly sour, rather fruity taste of mango, rhubarb, lemon and hints of vanilla, followed by a short, gently tart finish. Medium body, slightly astringent and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!

Säuerlicher Beginn mit moderater Hopfigkeit. Das Mangoaroma ist schwach und steigert sich nicht mehr, trockener Hintergrund, konstant. Insgesamt deutlich schwächer als erhofft, weder der Hopfen noch die Fruchtigkeit oder die Laktose tun sich stark hervor. Nicht besonders gut. 8/6/8/6/12/7
