Micro IPA. Finally! This is the first proper beer we ever made at our new brewery in Telliskivi, Tallinn! Brewed with Kölsch yeast and dry-hopped with Amarillo and Ella, this beer is exactly the type of beer we love to drink!

Draft. Golden beer with a cream head. Grapefruit and light lemon aroma with light herbal notes. Lemon and grapefruit flavor. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Lemon and grapefruit linger with light grain.

Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

Tap at the brewery taproom, June 13th 2024. Pours insipid pale yellow with white foam. Vague citrus aroma. Taste: light sweet & bitter, watery, some grass. Thin body with moderate carbonation. Dull.

Tap at the brewery taproom. Thin body, medium carbonation. Med-light bitterness, light sweetness. Very watery in flavour, light hops character, light grassy, dank, light general esters. Overall drinkable, but quite boring.

Tap at Vaat Tap Room. Clear golden color and small white head. Plasticky grape aroma. Light-bodied. Harsh low alco taste, watery. Some fruityness.

Draught@TCBW2022. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is grainy, some mash like sweetness, mild herbal tones. Flavour is cardboardy and quite mashlike sweetness. Not that good.

44cl can from Sip, Tallinn. Pours slightly hazy golden with a white head. Mild citrus, like tangerines or clementines at first, some yeasty notes and hints of grain and grass. Moderate sweet and quite watery as expected, but still drinkable.

From tap @ Vaat taproom, Tallinn. Poured clear golden in color. Light and somewhat grainy. Watery palate, sweetish notes. Meh
