Can. Black with a small brown head that's soon at the rim. Aroma is roasty with austere mocha, the sea, Bourbon. Perhaps a little sweeter than expected but roast, brine, bitterness and Bourbon all balance things very nicely. Deep roasted flavour lingers. Big but balanced.
