I still don't have any sort of a handle on Bacchus. Let's see if this helps. Can. Almost opaque apricot with a 2cm white head that breaks up a bit. Aroma of peach, bread, indistinct citrus, hard spices. The usual smudged palate of the hazy but with stone fruit, mango skin and snappy rye spiciness coming through before a moderately bitter finish. Wanted more of a top note but pretty good.
