Aromas or rice, orange peel, bread toast and melon. Lots of alcohol in the taste, but it's light and easy sipping.

Can. Gold with a dense 2 cm white head that doesn’t last. Boozy aroma with melon, citrus, damp rice, grapes. Very obvious sake in the taste with the alcohol rawness softened by a little sweetness and sharpened by citrus and grassy bitterness. The lighter body suits a iipa but perhaps the sake is just a bit much. Still, interesting and pretty good.
