Bottle. Pale blonde, creamy head. Hints of flowers, citrus and traubenzucker in the aroma. Soft malt, but firm hopbitter flavor with hints of flowers and citrus. Thin, but for Koelschip beers surprisingly good.

Draught @ bierfestival oirschot ’12. Clear pale yellow colour with little to no head. Smells sweet, malty. Tastes sweet, flat, malty. Quite flat carbo, bit boring, thin body.

Milder Getreidegeruch. 9/7/8/8/7/6

Bottle 30 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours yellow with floating impurities and a small white head. Leathery and lightly bretty aroma. Medium body, dry fruitiness and slightly astringent and leathery Bretty accents. Not exactly what you would’ve expected from a Kölsch! But quite pleasant. 031009

Bottle, 5%. BB December 2006, 8 months ago. Ashtray aroma, hint of sweet apple. Clear yellow colour. Small fizzy white head. The flavour is a bit bready, might be because of its age, and a little rough bitterness. Rather boring beer, but not unpleasant. Lagerish, but grows on me and gets quite drinkable.
