Draught@GBBF2008. Pale golden colour, small white head. Aroma is peas, hops and malts along with quite herbal notes to it. Flavour is malts, some slight butterscotch, mild vegetables and grass. Rather boring.

(Draught at OT, Stockholm)On August 9, 2008Clear pale golden color, fluffy lasting white head. Malty and herbal hoppy bitter taste. Malty, slight acidic, herbal hoppy scent. Hints of butterscotch as well. Smooth mouthfeel, medium high to high bitterness. Rather fruity aftertaste for a pils. Nice bite to it. Lingering afterbitterness.

On tap at GBBF 08. Hazy gold, thin white head. Yep, it’s a pretty good pils, good sting on the end. No real depth to it. But you wouldn’t expect that. Good though.

(Bottle 50 cl) Pours a slightly hazy golden with a white head. Oxidized, malty nose, Medium body, sweetish malty with a little caramel and a note of overripe fruit. Some bitterness in the finish. Over the top I’m afraid. 080408

Golden with big, fluffy head. Light buttery aroma with notes of hops. Flavour is dominated by a long, herbal bitterness. A very good Pilsener.

Bottle (purchased at the Brauerei): Golden, lively carbonation, firm, persistent white head; herbal hops and a touch of "dusty" sweet pale malt in the nose; distinctive sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, soft MF; increasing maltiness in the sweet, creamy and lingering hoppy finish. Well crafted, pleasant beer......

A golden beer with a white head. The aroma is sweet malty, and so is the flavor with a slightly bitter finish.

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Moderately sweet and slightly buttery malty nose with soft herbal and slightly floral hoppy notes. Sweet and moderately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Pale malty, slightly biscuity and chalky taste with a subtle fruity touch; relatively dry and slightly bitter finish with a balancing malty sweetness in the aftertaste.
