Zum Abschluss gönnte ich mir noch dieses Witbier vom Fass, das ich durchaus interessant fand. Es hat zwar einen etwas wässrigen 🌊 Hintergrund, aber die Gewürznoten 🌿 sind wirklich gut gelungen. So hat die Suppe 🍲 eine ausgewogene Würzung mit Koriander, Vanille, Zimt und Nelken.Damit mag es kein belgisches Original sein, aber hat doch seinen eigenen Reiz und eine schöne Trinkbarkeit.

Tap at the castle fest. Hazy golden body, off-white head. Citrus peel, coriander and light wheat in the aroma. Creamy taste, vanilla, wheaty maltiness, light citric touches. Somewhere in between a hefe and a wit despite the spices, but I like the crossover!
