Pivo je naše oblíbená Simple C&C 11° - svěží summer Ale, který se lehko pije a zachutná jak dámám, tak pánům. Záměrem receptu bylo uvařit světlý ovocný Ale s příjemnou hořkostí, který může človek pít v krásné jarní a letní dny od rána do večera. Název pochazí z hlavních chmelů Citra a Cascade.
The beer is our favorite Simple C&C 11° - a fresh, easy to drink summer Ale satisfying the needs of both ladies and gentlemen. We tried to achieve a fruity light Ale with a pleasant bitterness that once can during as an all-day beer during spring and summer days. The name comes from the main used hops - Citra and Cascade.

Bottled, thx! Orange body, white head. Citric aroma, lightly yeasty. Bready malty taste, lightly citric-hoppy, lightly yeasty. Okay enough, solid first try on a big system - I'm sure they'll get better!
