We found inspiration for a new double NEIPA in Scandinavian mythology. Immune to fear, furiously violent and out of control, bersekers were powerful warriors. Just like this double IPA, fearless and untainted.
We definitely have started mini-series of beer labels with mythical creatures and legends. For those who spent their childhood playing strategy games like 'Heroes of Might and Magic' will surely recognize inspiration for beer labels to come..
We hyped this imperial IPA with amazing Nectaron hops, powered up with Citra cryo form and Simcoe hops. Tropical punch with citrusy flavours, full bodied and very silky!

From tap at Frontaal Little Bar, Utrecht. Juicy with peach, citrus, orange, apricot, tropical fruit, some mango. Smooth pale malt. Medium bitter, light sweet. Hint of hopburn, but not bothersome. Above medium body. Overall a wholesome juicy IIPA.

Canned, 500 ml at Ambasada, Zagreb. Hazy orange with medium white head. Fruity, stone fruit, juicy, peach, some tropical fruit. Tad sweet with bitter finish. Medium bodied.

Can picked up from Hos Rune and shared at home (28/05/2023) - hazy orange with a white head. big juicy fruity aroma and taste with the nectaron hops to the fore and classic stalwart hops in support, with loads of passionfruit, peach and juicy mango flesh, sweet malty backbone, solid hoppy into the close. Lovely drop.

Can @ Torben Mathews tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are rich tropical hops, fruits, flowers, citrus and malt. Nice hoppy fruity finish.

On tap @Pivnica Medonja, Varaždin. Murky orange/copper pour, two finger creamy white head. Medium retention, sticky lacing on the glass. Nice on the nose, herbal notes, ripe tropical fruits, citruses. Medium body, soft carbonation. Smooth mouthfeel and texture, soft, chewy, slightly sticky. Balanced bittersweet taste with bitterness building up in the background. Aroma of malt, ripe tropical fruits, peach, citruses. Herbal notes, light peppery touches. Juicy, sticky. Noticable alcohol in the background. Long lasting finish, lingering hop bitterness, quite dry. Tasty.
