Bottle. Sweet lactic chocolate malt aroma. Clear dark reddish brown color with nice head. Sweet chocolate malt flavor with a light hint of grassy hops in the finish. With a little more body, this would be just about perfect. Very nice.

Bottled. An amber beer with an off-white head. The aroma has strong notes of nuts as well as medium notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, malt, caramel, and metal, leading to a dry metallic finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing and Timo for bringing it to Denmark.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of Timo A. Pours a clear pale amber with a small, rough off-white head. Sweet roasted malt aroma. Medium body, sweet roasted malts and some almost perfumy hops. Rather hoppy finish. An unusual but pleasant Dunkel. 221109
