Draught at the brewpub. Lightly hazy nut brown. Intensely nutty and roasty. Mid-sweet and medium bodied with soft mouthfeel. Lightly salty with persistant nutty roastiness. Fairly low bitterness. Well balanced.

Draught at the brewpub. Clear brown colour. Stable tan head, plasticky. The flavour is OK roasted, almost like some brown ales. Has a vinous touch, but very faint, giving it a bit of character. Clean finish, slightly watery.

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Malty and strong aroma. Tastes spicy and strong, a bit alcoholic, finish a bit hard. Good beer!
