XYZ IPA je svěží, lehké a dobře pitelné svrchně kvašené pivo. Kombinace chmelů Idaho 7, Mosaic, Azacca, El Dorado a Ahtanum mu dodává nezaměnitelné tóny mandarinek a tropického ovoce. Pivo má nižší hořkost a výrazné chmelové aroma, které nádherně vynikne během delšího doznívání. Přidané ovesné i pšeničné vločky zjemňují chuť, zároveň krásně zakulacují a uhlazují pivu tělo. Limitovaná edice!

On tap. Pours an almost clear golden with a lacing, white head. Very faint citrus aroma. Medium body ,better citrus notes in the flavor. Dry fruitiness and a lightly bitter finish. 030423 5/3/6/3/13

Tap at the brewpub. Clearish but not entirely clear pale golden body, white head. Citric, lightly malty aroma, peachy as well. Soft, citric taste, peachy, peppery, herbal, smooth... going into a pleasant herbal-fruity finish. Tasty!
