Draft. An amber beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, malt, and a bit of caramel, leading to a dry finish.

Bottle, thx Papsoe, shared with Finn and Valhalla people. Hazy deep golden body, off-white head. Dusty but slick aroma, cookie notes. Blood orange soft notes. Bit yeasty and honeyish taste, orange, soft, light. Good stuff, not much more.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours an almost clear amber with a small and creamy, off-white head. Faint malty nose with a hint of caramel. Medium body, super dry maltiness and a bitter finish. Stylistically I'm not sure this qualifies as a Kölsch, but it sure is a highly attenuated Amber Ale! 140323
Bottle at Odense Specialølfestival. Golden with a lasting white head. Malty aroma with bread and biscuit along with fruity and herbal notes. Dry and herbal flavour with a light bitter finish.
