People always ask us how we come up with beer names (actually they rarely ask us, but it sounds better this way) so we decided to share the story of the creation of Stargazer IPA, which you can read in our News.
What does that fish have to do with our new beer?
Well, actually none except that it’s cool and that we think it deserves its own beer!
Stargazer is a White IPA of 6.3% alc.vol. made from a combination of American Strata, Simcoe, Mosaic and CTZ hops and Belgian yeast, which together gives aromas of orange, lime, tangerine, pear and spices.

On tap at Ambasada. Zagreb. Clear golden, small off-white head. Intense yeasty, phenolic, spicy. A soft estery touch. Nice grainy underneath. Overripe fruit, ripe banana, leaves, earth. Light body, slightly creamy. Light bubblegum. Soft carbonation. Bland. Dry finish.

On tap @pivnica Medonja, Varaždin. Cloudy golden pour, one finger frothy white head, medium retention. Sticky lacing on the glass. Grassy and herbal nose, mild spice. Light to medium body, soft carbonation. Smooth mouthfeel and texture, lightweight, slightly watery, easily drinkable. Balanced bittersweet taste. Aroma of grassy hops, herbs, spice. Cooked vegetables, citrus, mild yeasty notes. Medium lasting finish, dry, mild bitterness, lingering spice. Ok.

Tap at Ambasada. Golden body, thick white head. Citric, peachy, lightly phenolic aroma. Peachy malty taste, flowery. Phenolic rosemary finish, ending bitterish, vaguely minerally finish. Pretty good.

On tap at Valhalla Zagreb. Unclear golden coloured, medium sized white head, light citrusy and floral nose. Citrus, oranges, light fruity, touch of spices and slightly herbal with bitter finish. Light juicy as well, bitter finish and aftertaste. Quite nice.
