Jedno od najslavnijih belgijskih stilova, kiselo crveno pivo porijeklom iz Flandrije. Odležano u hrastovim bačvama gotovo 2 godine.
Pivo je blago kiselo, karamelno s kompleksnim notama suhog voća, višnje, crvenog ribiza, sherry vina i drveta, suhog, blago taninastog završetka koje mu daje pitkost.
Prvi je predstavnik stila napravljen u Hrvatskoj. Piti na temperaturi od 10°C.

0.75 l bottle. RBESG23. Hazy amber, small off-white head. Moderate fruity, berries, stone fruit, cherry aroma, lightly funky, lightly spicy. A touch of glue. Some sharpness, some acidity. Dark cherry skins flavour. Some oak. Fruit jam. Quite sour. Light finish, with a toasty and spicy touch.

Bottle at the brewery taphouse. Thin body, med-low carbonation. Medium sourness, mostly acetic, medium tartness. Moderate dark fruit character, tasty, easy sipping. Great one, true to style and tasty both.

Bottle at brewery. Dark amber color with almost no head. Aroma of moderate sourness, wood, malt, grapes.Taste is sour with some caramel, wine. Nice one.

Bottle, 750 ml at Ambasada. Dark amber to brown with off-white head. Malty, caramel, fruity notes, wood, bit tannic, red and some dried fruit.

Bottled 750ml. -at Goblet Zagreb, shared with Marko. Dark amber coloured, small beige head, malty and mild woody nose. Malty, caramel, touch of griotte and discreet wood with notes of yeast and mild fruity finish. Bit watery but pleasant.

0.75l shared with Ogi, Veco & Vran at Goblet. Lean light soft red grape, malt, light leather, wood, soft, but subdued. Lean, dry, pleasant taste, bit woody, watery, wild yeast, lovely red grape touches carrying it. Lean, balanced, tasty, watery... But lacking body. Fresh, definitively tasty but for this price, the body would need to be on point too... Aah, the curse of making Belgian style beer outside of Belgium. Still, a fantastic effort from Zmajska, huge respect for that.
