Draft. A black beer with a brown head. The aroma has notes roasted malt, citrus fruits, and hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, citrus fruits, prunes, and hops, leading to a bitter finish.

Can.Black colour with small head, Aroma is fruit and roasted with taste of hops and pine nice well balanced and good note of fruit and malt.

Creamy off-white good mostly lastng head. Black colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Heavy bitter flavor. Long heavy bitter winderful flavor. Creamy palate.

Can at home from Sterk, Amsterdam, 23rd April 2023. Pours black as night. Aroma is roasted malts and liquorice. Taste is rich, roasted malts, liquorice and chocolate. Decent and pokey

Deep black color and a nice tan head. Roasted malts, faint licorice,dark coffee, slighly red fruits. Long lasting bitter-roasty finish

440ml can. Jet black colour with average to huge, thick, creamy, slowly osteoporosing, minimally lacing, beige head. Roasty, dark malty and piney, slightly grassy and minimally citrusy, hoppy aroma, notes of coffee, liquorice, scallions, some resin. Taste is bitter hoppy and bitter, roasty dark malty, slightly resinous and piney, minimally citrusy, notes of pine, resin, some lemon, hints of liquorice, a touch of coffee; lingering, bitter, resinous hoppy finish. Slightly oily texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously dry palate, fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Quite beefy, not overly complex - decent.
