Osvald je světlé výčepní pivo, které je chmeleno deseti českými chmely, jejichž odrůdy jsou běžně pěstovány napříč českými a moravskými chmelnicemi. Pojmenované je po významném pěstiteli chmele z období první republiky Karlu Osvaldovi.
Slady: moravský humnový, karapils, Chit Malt.
Chmely: Žatecký poloraný červeňák, Saaz late, Sládek, Kazbek, Bohemie, Harmonie, Premiant, Rubín, Agnus, Vital.
Obsah alkoholu: 4 % obj. (pr. 3.8%), doba zrání: 3–5 týdnů, hořkost 35 IBU.

0,3l from tap at Poupe, Brno. yellow clear color, medium big white head. smells spices, earthy, buttery, bready. medium body, soft carbonation. tastes bread y, earthy, peppery, tobacco, rye. finishes light to medium bitter with notes of bread, rye and earthy notes. Very nice one

# 4867; 1/2026. Light malty, slightly herbal aroma, clear profile. Clear straw body; lacing persistent white head. Malty, light nettle and herbal. Light body; medium carbonation. Very good czech light lager (desítka). 2 x 0,5 l, craft-beer pub (Hangár), Prague.

Thin body, a bit watery, but not too much. Light diacetyl contributing. Med carbo. Background malt, light grainy. Med-light grassy herbal hops. Overall a bit bland, but it is a 10. Easy drinking, cleanish, light lager yeast present. brown plastic bottle 1500ml. -from the brewery. Unclear golden coloured, small to medium sized white head, light yeasty nose. Yeasty, light bready, noticable green apple and bitterish finish. Watery also.

Tap at Výčep. Hazy golden-yellow body, thick white head, lasting. Citric, herbal, lightly buttery aroma. Minerally lean, liiightly buttery-grainy, fresh herbal-citric taste, not much bitterness, lightly eggy. Chuggable in a way. Good 10°!

Die Brauerei Dalešice beliefert auch die Trinkhalle in der ehemaligen Brauerei Poupě in der Brünner Altstadt. Das leichte Zehngrädige ist wirklich leicht, was es schnell fad macht, aber so gut zum Essen passt. Als Einstimmung und Speisenbegleiter kann ich es sehr empfehlen, aber dann sollte man auf etwas Gehaltvolleres umsteigen.

Appearance: Cloudy yellow color. All time, white head.
Taste: Medium sweet, light bitter, malty, hops.
Palate: Medium body. Bitter finish.
