Brewpub Düsseldorf-Niederkassel: tap. Blonde and cloudy. Smells and tastes like yeast. Milky. Vegetable-like. Disappointing.

Sampled from tap at the brewpub. Clear, golden with a medium large, foamy, stable, white head. Sweetish, rather grassy, moderately floral and slightly fruity aroma of fresh grass, some grains and a touch of citrus. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, rather grassy-spicy and slightly fruity taste of grains, fresh grass and some citrus, followed by a short, moderately bitter, rather grassy-spicy and quite dry finish. Thin body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!

Draught at the brewpub
Cloudy blond color with large frothy head. Pretty nice aroma of malt and noble hops, crispy cereals, light lemon. Too much carbonation; the mouthfeel is dry; quite good cereals, with strong bitterness and nice grassy presence; although there is too much yeast.
Nice but rough.
