Sampled from 0.5 l bottle from local 'trinkgut', best before March 2018. Hazy, dark brownish amber with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, off-white head. Sweetish, malty, rather yeasty-spicy and a little roasty aroma of overripe banana, cloves, chocolate and toasted nuts. Moderately sweet, malty, rather yeasty-spicy and a bit roasty taste of overripe banana, cloves, toasted nuts and some chocolate, followed by a short, moderately bitter, rather yeasty-spicy, a little roasty and minimally metallic finish. Thin to medium body, rather effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Not bad, a bit too watery though.

Also süffig isses... Test vom 27.12.2005, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 9,2,13,0,6,1 - 3,85

Bottle, shared by KimJohansen. A mostly clear beer, amber in color, and with a dense, finger-thick off-white head. Some metal on the nose, with caramel and some banana. Metallic flavor too, with mostly the same things found in the aroma. Medium body, a bit low on carbonation. Not the most tasteful dunkelweizen, but not bad either. 100814
