Bottle, 0.33l. Aroma of red wine, wood, sour cherries and vanilla. Pours clear ruby color with thin quickly diminishing off-white head and soft visible carbonation. Taste starts tart vinous and sour cherry-like, following is woody and grainy with smooth mouthfeel. Full body, oily texture and soft carbonation in palate. King of the yEast…

Bottled 375ml. -from Goblet Zagreb, shared with Marko and hrabren. Unclear red coloured, small off-white head that went away fast, sourish dried fruits and wine nose. Slightly jam like. Fruity, light sour, mild cherries and touch of wood in the finish. Slightly spicy also.

2019 edition. 0.375 l bottle shared with Marko and Ogi. Unclear amber to burgundy colour. Small head. Moderately fruity, cherry, red fruit, moderately funky. Vinous. Blueberry. A touch of oak. Quite complex. Glue. Dried fruit, dried cranberries. Nice rich dark cherry emerges after awhile. Glue, dust and acidity intensifies. A touch of cocoa. Light body, soft carbonation, almost flat. Metallic. Nice cherry juice otherwise. Cherry skins. Some vegetable, beetroot. Mineral, earthy. Soft fruity sourness. Light finish. Surprisingly rich at first, a bit shy in the finish (what she said).

Bottle from Goblet. Hazy reddish-amber body, off-white-pinkish head. Sourish nose, mixing red wine barrels with distinct sour notes, saliva, vague wild yeast. Lovely cherry profile in the taste, some umami, as sour as it's salty, but neither much. Light but very much drinkable. Love how it's not really that aggressive. Details perhaps from getting slightly more .

Bottle. Že v redu, Primož. Dark ruby red, thin white ring. Gentler soury nose, vinous with slight fruitiness in the back. Solid soury start, vinous, though not burning. Some sweetness to make it even more drinkable with tart finish. Lighter body, fresh. Amazingly drinkable stuff.
