We emptied a barrel that had some of our sours (Savage series probably) and needed to fill it with something so that it doesn't get dry. We ended up putting 6-9 different beers/wort in it, and some leftover blackberries bought for another beer. Considering this all started in 2020, you can see why the blackberries are the only thing we know for sure we threw in there. But, I'm convinced you'll forgive us the sloppiness once you try this beer and see how lovely it turned out!

Bottled 330ml. -from Spicy Days Zagreb. Supposed to be shared with M&h but they were maniacally tasting around and managed to rate it before the three of us had regular beer gathering. Brown/blackish coloured, small off-white head, blackberries, caramel and light barrel in the nose. Tartish blackberries, tannins, some dried fruits and oak with dryish finish. Plus one overall above you, just because I can;)))

Bottled once, maybe? tap at Mlinarica, a few times anyway. Murky purple body, whiteish, small head. Blackberry, brett and light glue in the aroma. Salty, wild, tart taste, cherry pits and blueberry, brett, okay body at the start, ending dry. Tannic. Realistically, considering the Frankensteinish way it was made, this makes a fair bit of sense overall!

0.33 l bottle shared with prof. Pryzbylewski. Unclear dark amber to purple, minimal head. Plums, dark fruit, blackberry, berries, vinous. Slightly tannic. Other stone fruit in the back such as sour cherry and apricot. Slightly oily, medium body, slightly sharp sourness at first, moderate sourness overall. Sweet dark fruit in the flavour at first, prunes, cherry in the finish. Oak present, puckering and tannic drying at the same time. Mineral. Slightly heavy at times. Dry finish.
