Tap at the place. Dark brown xolor creamy tan head. Flavor roasted malta hints of licorice and herbal nites mostly cereal and roeasted breead, silky texture smooth fluffy bidy fairly dry finish.

Tap to PETka, courtesy of mcberko. Pretty much pitch black body. Sweetish taste, typical Central European brewpub dunkel fare. Caramel, nutty, coffee, raisins, a light yeasty touch underneath, dark bread. Lean, dry taste, nutty, bitter, lean, roasty, watery, okay, but just okay, too roasty, ashy, herbal bitterish notes, trace buttery touches. Just okay

0.5L plastic bottle filled up from the source -- pours a deep dark amber brown with a small beige head. Aroma has some slightly vegetal, herbal notes, with wood, and toasted nuts. Flavour has toasted nuts, caramel, coffee, and some gentle herbal notes that pervade this. This would be better if drier and without the herbal/almost vegetal notes. The carb seems to have died down a bit since being filled yesterday, so that's probably suboptimal. But still, overall, it's reasonably made but not the best dunkel out there.

Wenn ich schon im Haus trink, dann muss ich zumindest eines der beiden Hausbiere probieren. Dieses süße, dunkle Bier finde ich aufgrund der Süffigkeit ganz nett, aber aufgrund der fehlenden Geschmackstiefe und geringen Hopfigkeit und dem damit verbundenen flachen Bitternoten nicht so supertoll. Klassisches Ich-betrinke-mich-gemütlich-Bier
