In collaboration with one of the most awarded home brewers Bojan Grdinić, Tapir Homebrewery, in Varionica craft brewery we brewed a very easy drinkable and refreshing saison with spicy notes of pepper. This beer is of a humanitarian character and we will donate 3kn from each sold bottle to help the victims of the war in Ukraine. Together with many fellow brewers, we decided to take part in the Brewers against War campaign.

On tap at Ambasada. Cloudy orange with medium white head. Spicy, bit yeasty sweetish, some odd aroma and flavour. Medium bodied.

Bottle, 0.33l. Cloudy golden pour, two finger frothy white head, very good retention. Lasting head, sticky lacing on the glass. Fruity and yeasty nose, citruses, ripe tropical fruits, light grainy. Medium body, lively carbonation. Average mouthfeel and texture, lightweight, fizzy, refreshing. Mild sour-ish taste balanced with sweet notes in the background. Aroma of lemon, ripe tropical fruits. Earthy, minerals. Yeast. Grassy notes, light spice. Short lasting finish, slightly dry, light lingering bitterness. Ok.

Bottled, huge thanks Hrabren! Almost clear golden body, white head. Odd aroma, citric rock candy, yeasty notes, light phenolic touches, definitely some spicy notes. Soft, smooth yeasty taste, again some weird rock candy notes, spicy, lean enough to be drinkable too. Atypical saison, tasty at moments, but this odd yeasty undertone kinda brings it down for me. Still, it's for a great cause, so yay!

0.33 l bottle shared with Marko. Unclear golden, medium off-white head. Malty aroma, yeasty, doughy, very light peppery touch. Only a soft citrusy element. Medium body, some sweetness, soft carbonation, ripe fruit. A yeasty touch in the finish, some tartness and hints of pepper. Unfortunately abrupt finish.

Rating No.13400 Bottled 330ml. -at Ambasada Zagreb. Darker golden coloured, medium sized white head, light yeasty fruity nose. Sweetish malty, yeasty, estery, fruity, notes of spices and rather dry yeasty finish.
