Saison er en overgæret, tør og frisk øl, der har sin oprindelse fra Belgien og Frankrig. Gæren kan i nogle Saison give en let syrlig smag, der harmonerer utrolig godt til øllets tørhed og bitterhed.

Saison #26, huge thx HP! Hazy golden body, huge head, medium retention. Flowery, creamy, woody aroma, some white wine, light red apple. Spicy taste, earthy, flowery, dry, lightly tart, biiig carbonation, prickly, bit yeasty. Okay, bit weaker in the taste, but works!

Bottle 50 cl. Massive plop when opened. Hazy golden with a gigantic and lacing, white head. Spicy, yeasty, fruity nose. Medium body, slightly sweet fruitiness, some yeast and subtle phenols with a bitter finish. Quite a decent Saison. 260623
