Capped half liter bottle from Ridgeview Liquor, 12/23/23. Hazy pale gold, medium white head, average retention. Aroma of brett, citrus, bready malt. Taste is brett, hay, sweet lemon, citrus, pale malt, some curry-like spice notes and umami. Well balanced and bright. Nice.

Bottle from Barrel + Beam. This is just a beautiful beer. Everything I love in saison. Horseblanket, lime, lemon and light clove as it warms. Balanced and endlessly drinkable. Great carbonation.
