This is fairly new but it's surprisingly mild, quite boring. The only chili I get is a vague burn on my lip. The first disappointing Fantôme I've had, though I'd certainly try it again on location.

Bottle brought back from the brewery. Massive thanks to Dany for showing me around. Also, it happened to be the day they were filming a show (Beer Idiots) and brewing a collab. So I even made an appearance in the video! Dany served me this on draft, and I also brought the bottle home. Unbelievable memories help aid this unique beer a bit. Pours honeycomb orange-gold with a white head that lingers across the top and around the collar with small bubbles. Aroma is spice, pepper and floral. Also a bit fruit and faint spruce tips. Flavor is pepper and funky yeast. A bit of orange in the back. Lots of spiciness in this beer and herbaceous. A very unique beer for a very unique experience.

Fruity and malty, softly bitter, funky yeast and some mildly peppery spices. Smooth, dry towards the end. Very belgiany, nice.

750ml bottle. Spicy and floral with some herbal and earthy notes, some funky yeastiness, hints of pepper

(Bottle, 0.75 l, thanks VastActiv, at Arde, 20221021) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, perfume and spiciness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were spiciness, floralness, needles, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was spicy and bitter. A tasty and weird brew.

75cl bottle. Thx VastActiv. Lot 19.05.22. Floral, spicy aroma, perfumy with more wooden notes in flavor. Long finish.

Bottle 0.75l at Ardes Residence, Helsinki. Color is cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, berries Herbs, musty yeast, floral elements, dryness, saison elements.... weird.
