Small, white & dense head over finely carbonated orange golden beer. Spices' onslaught, lavender, bit toilet-soap aroma, and a hint of chilli. Warming up, clear ginger. Pepper, chilli, flowery, some dry seed herbs, horseradish, liquorice, ginger. Bit sticky despite good attenuation. Medium bodied, good carbonation. Absolutely not infected (now), but I find it forced on the herbs. Txs to Stef!

75cl Fles van Etre Gourmet. Mistig goudgele kleur, witte kraag. Veel dood gist, plastic, groene paprikaschil en een hint van chilipeper, witte peper, vrij bitter door de gist, licht kruidig. Medium body op z'n best. Teveel off-flavour om aangenaam te zijn, niet het beste werk van Fantôme.

75cl bottle (lot 19.05.22., BB: end of the 2025) from Etre Gourmet web shop. F: medium, egg-white, average retention. C: gold, hazy. A: malty, spicy, herbal, red apples. T: medium to full malty base, spicy mix, herbal, bit bready, wormwood, dry on the palate, medium carbonation, typical Fantôme beer so either you love it or hate it, enjoyed for sure :)

On tap at 't Brugs Beertje Brugge. Hazy gold colour lasting white head. Spicy aroma. Oh dear it has cloves in it. I hate cloves. One of the few things I won't eat. Spicy saison. Very herbal. I mean it's a decent beer. I just don't like it.

Clear orange blond beer, big irregular aery off-white head, a little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: oh boy, lots and lots of band-aid up front, this is not good… very chemical, unpleasant, a little malty, dusty, spicy touch. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: very chemical, lots of band)aid, a bit sourish, very bitter as well, spicy, a bit herbal, yeasty. Aftertaste: more yeast, very bitter, very chemical, all band-aid, very unpleasant.
