Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7.5
750ml bottle form Futtle. It pours very pale yellow - gold with minimal head. The aroma is musty, funky, barnyard, brett, hay, damp grass, white grape, gooseberry, soor plooms and dry oak. The taste is dry, oaky, tannin, spicy, white wine, vinous, zingy lemon, lime, waxy peel, musty, deep funk, mouldy damp basement and barnyard with a drying oak finish. Light body and limited carbonation. Interesting and flavourful, but also quite challenging.
