330ml bottle from some random Health Shop in Ostend, drank at home on 13th February 2025. Poured into an old Duvel glass, I allowed the sediment to leave the bottle, so I've got a cloudy/misty dull golden liquid with a snow white head in front of me (it's live rating). The head soon turned into a wisp and collar. Belgian yeast aroma, soapy and yet semi bitter in taste. Nothing to get excited about, but I found it pleasant enough

Organic dry-hopped Pilsener by Belgo Sapiens, in their 'Biolithics' series; can from an organic shop in Ghent. Snow white, moussey, thick, creamy, shred-lacing head, thinning but residing stable over a crystal clear, (very) pale straw blonde robe with greenish tinge and strings of enthusiastic sparkling rising up from the bottom of the glass. Aroma of dry cereals, straw, chicken food, minerals, grass, white bread crumbs, hints of parsley, dried field flowers, gypsum, natural rubber, rusty iron. Clean, crisp onset, sleek pale malt sweetishness but I read on the label that beet sugar was used (something I never saw in beer, let alone pale lager) so maybe this leaves a hint of residual sugariness? In any case very 'credibly' cereally, no 'dilutions' with corn or rice here, and more structure is added by the hops, which provide a lovely dryish, bit powdery, white-peppery and floral bitterness that spreads out over the root of the tongue, gently but confidently. Retronasally, lovely noble hop aromas appear as well, again very floral (sweetclover, camomile) and elegant. More than decent 'pils', in spite of the weird ingredient; non-traditional dry-hopping brings lots of improvement here and is very noticeable. Much better than expected, to be honest.
