The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Very zippy, nice head. Tastes mild, modest spicy, zippy and fresh. Well balanced finish. Good beer!

Draft. A golden beer with a slight haze under a fluffy off-white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of straw and grain. The flavor is sweet with a very crisp malt note combined with a lovely flowery hoppy note, that leads to a rather bitter finish with light notes of hay.

(draught at the brewery tap) Slightly hazy, pale golden colour with a fluffy foamy white head. Fresh aroma, slightly sweet with lemon and herbal, hay-like hops. Bitter and spicy flavour with a touch of malty sweetness in the background; medium to light bodied with a medium carbonated, fresh mouthfeel. Well-rounded pale malty and herbal, slightly flowery hoppy taste with a long-lasting dry and bitter finish with hops accentuation. Very quaffable and hearty pale Landbier.

On tap at the brewpub: Golden coloured, slightly hazy, stable and lacing white head; distinctive sweet-malty and aromatic noble-hoppy nose; strong robust sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium-bodied; lingering hoppy finish with noble hops sticking to the tongue. A gorgeous franconian brew.........

(On tap) Clear, pilsener golden with a nice, white head. Clean malt aroma. Medium-bodied, quite malty with some floral notes from the aroma hops also leaving a solid dose of bitterness. 101106
