“Stern-Bräu Vollbier“, Flasche (50 cl) von Hopfen & Malz, Berlin-Wedding. - Etwas dunkleres Goldgelb, klar. - In der Nase kernig brotiges, nicht zu süßes helles Malz und gut krautig-herber Hopfen, Grapefruitschale. - Antrunk brotig hellmalzig und sauber gerstig mit angenehm aromatischer kräuterig-zitrusfruchtiger Herbe (Limette), zart säuerlich, jedenfalls nicht so malzsüß wie viele Helle. Mild rezent, vollmundig. Im Abgang leicht trocken mit recht kräftiger, zart säuerlicher Hopfenherbe (Pampelmusenschale). Langer bitterer Nachtrunk. - Kerniges Frankenlager mit prononcierter Hopfenherbe und kräftig gerstigem Körper, der an ein Festbier denken läßt. Ausgezeichnet.

Gravity keg at Franken Fest in Rome Italy. Gold brigh semi clear color, medium white foam. Nose is pretty much lemony, lemon grass, hay. Great. Mouth: soft carbo, more rustic barley, sugary lime juice. Surprisingly good! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Klares goldgelbes Bier mit einer ordentlichen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch malzig, getreidig süß. Geschmack getreidig, sehr malzig, leicht bitter hopfig, süffig.

Schöne hellgelbe Farbe, wurzig-süßlicher Geruch. Der Antrunk ist vollmundig-herb-würzig. Zum Hauptteil wird das Bier angenehm-malzig, etwas muffig-herb und schön mild. Zum Nachgeschmack hin etwas frischer mit angenehm herber Note.

Pours golden colour with a creamy white head. Aroma is deep malty, caramel and easy grassy hops.

Thanks bierkoning! Clear golden color, big cloudy white head, lace. Cardboardish aroma with Saaz spiceyness. Light bodied. Light woody maltyness, grains, grassy bitterness. Typical Zwickel-flavors but quite lame overall. Probably fresh from tap this is much better.

Draught @ Sternbrau Schlusselfeld, Kirchplatz 12, Schlusselfeld, Bavaria, Germany 96132.Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, hay, toasted, sweet malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, hay - straw. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110422]

Süffiger und aromatisch hopfiger Antrunk mit leichten Herbenoten, die sich später verstärken. Dabei bleibt der Hopfen aber gleich oder nimmt sogar ab, da er sich gegen eine deutliche Bitterkeit behaupten muss. Aromatisch, grasig, abgestimmt. Im Abgang grasigund süßlich bitter. /8/10/11//10

Clear golden with a medium off white head. Malty aroma with hints of grassy hops and malt. Flavour had grassy hops, malt and straws. Finished dry and bitter. Well made and clean. Nice
