Berlin was the second stop of our beer trip, where Georg and Lukasz have founded Fuerst Wiacek. They define themselves as an adventurous brewery in which they enjoy to experiment in order to brew great modern and tasty beers.
At Fugu, we are mostly known for our aromatic and juicy IPAs. But we have been wanting to go to the West side of the force for a while now. And we finally did it! The color gets darker, the bitterness is boosted. Though we did not let our cheered aromatic fall.

A clear golden yellow beer with a big white head. Aroma of strong citrusy hops, pale malts, stone fruits. Taste of citrusy bitter hops, yellow stone fruits, dry bitterness, pine, leading to a long bitter finish.

Spritziger, knackig bitterer Beginn. Moderate konstante Hopfigkeit, die Bitterkeit wird noch stärker, milde Noten von Karamell. Trocken, hopfig, langer Abgang - nett. 12/9/10/9/10/9

Rather cloudy beige beer, big aery irregular off-white head, unstable, falls down quickly, a bit adhesive. Aroma: very floral, soapy touch, pretty cheesy, a bit malty. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: hoppy, resinous, spicy, grassy, a little sweet, ripe fruits, gentle bitterness, a little soapy, some citrus. Aftertaste: more bitterness, some orange peel, grapefruit, a bit grassy, piny touch, a little malty, sweet touch, some hop burn, nice one!
