0.33l bottle thanks to Lore. Clear pale yellow body with a tiny white head. Aroma and taste of elderflower, honey, apples, yeast and some cider notes. Quite sweet and effervescent. Nice one.

clear golden colour, medium sized, promptly disappearing white head; aroma of white desert wine, honey and slight acetone; taste is exactly the same; quite similar to a Tokaji 5 puttonyos aszu (sweet Hungarian dessert wine)
