Bottle. Color: Black, very thin brown head. Aroma: Peat, Laphroaig, roasted malt. Taste: Roasted malt, black coffee, peat, smoke and ash, boozy. Over moderate sweet, moderate bitterness going to over moderate at dry-ish and earthy finish. Over medium body, bit thin for this style. Below average carbonation. Nice one.

Black with no head. Woody aroma. Flavour starts with dark malt bitterness. Starts out a bit thin but develops slowly. The whisky element grows and the peat too but also vanilla. Finish is all Laphroaig. Very good.
