Opalescent golden colour, no head at all; aroma of lemony, unripe grape and sour apple, some acetone, barnyard, earthy and slight leather notes; taste is dominated by citric and acetic acidy sourness with some unripe grape, yeasty and acetone notes; not bad

0.75l bottle thanks to Lore. Hazy golden body with a quickly disappearing white head. Sour and funky aroma with notes of lemon juice, green apples, vinegar and some funky notes. Lots of lemon juice in the taste with some vinegar, champagne yeast and a touch of earthy hops. Quite sour, but nice for sure.

Straw blond colour with light haze. Aroma and flavour are massive with citric funk and Brett. Wine elements. Super dry finish.
