Orange blonde color, floating yeast particles. Blackcurrant and grapefruit in the aroma. Cascade hops, but not too abundant. Earthy hopbitter flavor with blackcurrant. Oily mouthfeel. Citrus. Firm hopbitter aftertaste with a hint of tartness. Excellent beer, only 30 EBU syas the label, but it seems much more. This beer must have been dry hopped with cascade hops.

Commissioned by a quiz club from Ranst near Antwerp, with thick, firm, moussy, yellowish white head and yellowish orange blonde colour, cloudy. Fruity aroma, strong iron, gooseberry, apricot, parsley, apple, vanilla, straw, grass. Light fruity taste with honeyish touch, medium carbo, caramel malts, subdued sweetness and spiciness, bitterish, not too pleasant finish, bit sticky and bit alcoholic, and even a bit phenolic.

33cl bottle.

Bottle @ home. Clear yellow / golden color, huge rough white head. Appears to have a lot of carbo on first sight. Smell some sourness, alcohol and lightly infected. Taste malts and a little rancid. Acrid light bitter aftertaste. (not sure if ’acrid’ is the correct word, I mean what is called ’wrang’ in Dutch) Medium carbo, medium body.
