Bottle, 0.33l. Aroma of caramel, ripe fruit and flowers. Pours hazy light brown color with thick creamy tan-like head, good lacing and sparkling appearance. Taste starts with tart dried fruity acidity and caramel, following is herbal, mouthfeel is warm and mild spicy, while finish is heavy bitter. Full body, creamy texture and average carbonation in palate. Hoppin’ Summit…

Dark golden colour with thin head. Something floral and herbal in the aroma. Flavour also has some syrupy yellow fruits. A touch of caramel. Finish gets bitter. I also pick up something herbal, slightly numbing too.

Appearance: Misty pale amber with a moderate off-white frothy head of decent retention. Aroma: Sugared citrus fruit, biscuit, tropical and herbal notes, honey, pine needles and resin, sherry. Taste: Light to medium sweet and bitter. Biscuit, citrus fruit, honey, tropical hints, pine needles, resin. Mouth feel: Medium to full body, soft to average carbonation. Bottom line: A calm but fair double IPA.

Tap. Golden, minimally hazy, slightly creamy foam. Aroma: citrus and fruity, a little herbs, expect more. Taste: medium sweet, citruses, a little candy, fruity, a little grapefruit and lychee, a little pine needles, not bad.
