29/11/2024. Can shared at Gitta & Erik’s. Pours hazy dark brown with a small off-white head. Aroma is strongly bourbon, malted, caramel, chocolate. Boozy bitter finish. Good.

Can @ Sdr. Borup tasting. Small head with short duration. Color is dark brown. Aroma and taste are bourbon, caramel, malt, nuts, fruits, vanilla and has a nice warming finish.

Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Dark amber colour. Heavy malty and moderate malty aroma. Heavy bitter flavor. Long heavy bitter finish. Creamy palate.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Cloudy very dark brown, minimal head. Aroma of caramel and milk chocolate with notes of bourbon. Chocolate cake, vanilla and bourbon. Intense warming finish. Too cakey and one dimensional.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Blacol colour, small brown head with midl earth. Aroma is liquorice and some toffee and some chocolate and mild ashes at it. Flavour is alcohol, some sweet malts and and some dried fruity tones.

Dark brown with lasting head. Aroma is packed with notes of sherry, loads of dried fruits and sweet malt. Flavour is warming but not overly harsh with alcohol. Rich malt cake. Touch of caramel and vanilla. Silky, oily texture.

Can @ Brewery. Pours nearly Black with a diminishing head. Fizzy with an alcohol punch at first. Then Kahlua, bourbon and massive dark fruit. Slick and warming feel from the alcohol. Sipper - A bit raw still, fun to revisit in a year.
