Can @ Brewery. Pours nearly Black with a diminishing head. Fizzy with an alcohol punch at first. Then Kahlua, bourbon and massive dark fruit. Slick and warming feel from the alcohol. Sipper - A bit raw still, fun to revisit in a year.

Can, 14.5%. Hazy dark brown with small beige head. Aroma is malt, caramel, toasted, oak, bourbon and dark fruit. Flavour is malt, caramel, toasted, oak, wood, bourbon, warming, sweet, dark fruit and medium bitter.

Can from the brewery webshop. Dark brown with a lasting off-white head. Deep malty aroma with toffee, dark bread, chocolate, coffee beans, maple syrup, roasted nuts and coconut. Sweet, rich malty flavour with warm alcohol and bourbon notes. Very satisfying now, but I'm expecting really great things from hiding a few cans in the cellar. One year later, it's the same beer. Brilliant. No loss of quality. No Micro-improvement either.

Tap@Peders, Copenhagen (10/12/2022) - Sweet and toasted malty with lots of caramel and treacle sweetness, some dried fruit shred, berry fruit, singed brown sugar, medium plus body, bourbon infused sweet malty into the close. Very nice.

Can. A black beer with a thin tan head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, vanilla, bourbon, and dark chocolate. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, vanilla, bourbon, and dark chocolate, leading to a bitter finish.

Draught @ Væskebalancen Bar. Pours black with a very small tan head. Aroma of sweet malt, caramel, sweet dried dark fruit, light vanilla, light oak, mild bourbon. Flavor is sweet, malty, caramel, dried fruit, oak, vanilla, bourbon, smooth alcohol. Medium to full body, soft to average carbonation, sweet finish with some warming alcohol. Smooth. 041222
