Legendary hop farmer Bruce Eggers still lives in sight of his old farm where this homage hop is grown in Sunrise Valley NZ. Bruce farmed this property for over 50 years - a nice token on his well earned retirement.

The Bruce NZ Pale Ale is heaps fruity. Kick off your boots and stick your feet up.

20/9/2025. Can from Beer Central, Sheffield. Nice citrusy, grassy, green and lightly herbal aroma. Moderate sweetness and bitterness. Slight tart edge. Moderate body. Nicely done.

Creamy white head stayed on hazy golden coloured body. Pine & citrus aroma Medium bodied, smooth with a well carbonated back. Haribos, peach, Wine Gums & citrus tastes with a zesty peppery finish. That's decent & very refreshing.

Hops yes, but so much more. Lovely floral nose and deep perfumed mouth feel. Like drinking a lavender pillow. Not that I'd know....

Hazy dull beige colour with thin soapy head. Aroma and flavour of juicy tropical fruits. Mango but also some pithy citrus too.

330ml can from KWM Wines, drunk at home. Light yellow/gold, with a large white head. Melon, a little bit of lemongrass, pineapple in the aroma. Sweet taste with a big creamy tropical fruit note alongside a gentle bitterness. Short finish with a watery body, so that's a shame. Heavily carbonated. Certainly decent without being world-beating.
